The National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR) in collaboration with National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC) and Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC) organized a Tourism Journalism Communication Training with the theme“Building a Sustainable Destination through Tourism Reportage” for Association of Nigerian Journalist and Writers of Tourism (ANJET) members from Monday 8th to Thursday 11th April, 2019 at Hotel Rosebud, Central Business District, Abuja.

As part of its commitment to human capital building and deepening reportage of the tourism sector, the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR) has scheduled a four day training programme for the Nigeria tourism media under the auspices of the Association of Nigerian Journalists and Writers of Tourism (ANJET).

In a statement by the Acting Director General of NIHOTOUR, Alhaji Kabir M. Momoh, the training section is scheduled to hold between April 8 and 11 at the Kapital Klub and Apartments, Asokoro, Abuja.

Egypt Plans to Host 50k Tourists During Africa Cup of Nations 2019

“The Africa Cup of Nations Championship is likely to attract around 50,000 tourists to Egypt in June 2019,” Sports and Youth Minister Ashraf Sobhy affirmed during the higher meeting in charge of the organization of the Africa Cup of Nations 2019.

Believed to be followed by almost 2.1 billion people all over the world, Sobhy referred to the championship’s foremost eminence economically and sportively.  Still, Sobhy asserted the big event’s key role in reviving Egyptian tourism.
